Shipping Destinations

Lenslace currently ships within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Orders to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Delivery to smaller cities and remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Courier Partners

We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery status directly through the courier's website.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be displayed on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery rider. Orders are confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.

Delays

Lenslace is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@lenslace.com and we will do our best to assist.
